Video Relay Services, or VRS, is paid for by contributions from other telecommunications users into the Telecommunications Relay Services ("TRS") fund.
By continuing, you acknowledge the above, and certify that you are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or speech disabled, at least 13 years old and that you require VRS to communicate with other people.
If you are under 13 years old, you must have permission from your parent(s) or guardian to register and use their residential address when registering.
I acknowledge having received the VRS user advisory about ten-digit telephone numbers, emergency calls (911) and toll free numbers.
Not sure which to pick? Pick Personal/Work for personal and home use, or if you will own the VP number at work. Pick Enterprise if the VP number will be owned by your agency, company, or organization.
Please use the full legal name on your ID/driver's license to get approved quicker.
Receive videomail for missed calls.
Required by FCC as part of registration to use VRS.

Info about FCC
The Federal Communications Commission’s Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) rules require that you must provide your consent for your VRS provider to transmit your registered information to the TRS User Registration Database (TRS-URD). Your registered information to be transmitted to the TRS-URD includes the following: full name; full residential address; ten-digit telephone number assigned in the TRS numbering directory; last four digits of the social security number or Tribal Identification number, if you are a member of a Tribal nation and do not have a social security number; date of birth; Registered Location; VRS provider name and dates of service initiation and termination; a digital copy of the user's self-certification of eligibility for VRS and the date obtained by the provider; the date on which the user's identification was verified; and the date on which the registered Internet-based TRS user last placed a point-to-point or relay call.
Your registered information must be transmitted to the TRS URD to ensure proper administration of the TRS program. Your failure to provide your consent to the transmittal of your information to TRS-URD will result in you being denied the use of VRS.
